How much will my repair cost?
The price list gives starting prices; an exact quote needs the instrument inspected.
How long will it take?
Small jobs are often quick; larger repairs are timed with your quote.
Do I need an appointment?
Yes, please call 8020 9720 to make an appointment before you come. Our technicians are often out collecting instruments or busy at the bench, so there may be no one free to look at your instrument or quote it if you walk in. You can also WhatsApp a photo for a rough idea first.
Do you repair student instruments?
Yes, we repair student, intermediate and professional instruments.
Can I post my instrument in?
Yes, message us first, then send it padded in a hard case with your contact details.
Do you handle whole-school or band batches?
Yes, send us a list ahead and we’ll arrange batch rates and on-site servicing.
Should I try to fix it myself first?
Please don’t force keys or stuck parts, as it often makes the repair bigger.
What should I send when I message?
Instrument, brand and model, a one-line fault description and a clear photo.
